Haim Eliash ,CEO & President, with an extensive network of relationships in the Israeli Hi Tech industry, brings many years of experience in Israeli Innovation.

Prior to his current position with TGV, Haim was the CEO & President of Naiot Venture Accelerator, one of Israel's leading privately held Technology Incubators in cooperation with the Israeli government. At Naiot, Haim led many innovative products from concept to market. Prior to Naiot, he was the founder and CEO of EZsurgical, where he led the company to sales in the U.S and Europe. 

Haim holds an LL.B from Bar Ilan Law School.

Yoni Weiss, COO & Senior VP, brings many years of experience in Innovative R&D and Clinical Drug Development.

Prior to joining TGV, Yoni was Global Clinical Leader at Teva Pharmaceuticals, the world’s leading generic drug company. While at Teva, Yoni led large multinational phase I, II, III and IV clinical trials for innovative compounds, primarily in the area of Central Nervous System diseases. 

Yoni has earned an MD from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Oren Dror, VP Business Development, brings many years of business experience and in-depth understanding of the Chinese business culture.

Oren held senior positions based in China, at BDO and Africa Israel Investments and successfully accumulated extensive experience in variety of segments including security technologies, renewable energy and medical services.

Oren holds an M.Sc in Engineering from the University of Ben-Gurion, and a BA in Economics and Far east studies from the Hebrew University.
